What Is Prayer?

Prayer is sincere, heartfelt communication with Heavenly Father. It is how we talk to God. Prayer is one of the greatest blessings God gives to His children to seek His heavenly guidance each day. Jesus taught, “Ye must always pray unto the Father in my name” (3 Nephi 18:19).
